Places to go with your dog in Fort Myers, FL

Fort Myers lists dog parks such as Gateway Dog Park and Buckingham Dog Park, names to look up first. Separate large-dog and small-dog parks are listed too, all gathered under dog parks in Fort Myers. Around them you will find parks and trails, restaurants and patios, breweries and bars, and hotels.

A dog park name tells you where to go, but a restaurant or bar listing does not tell you whether your dog can come along, so ask about patio seating directly. Hotel pet fees and limits are worth confirming when you book. Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and Extended Stay America are among the chains with a published pet policy here. Cape Coral is about 6 miles away and has plenty more to browse. Owners can add a dog policy at add a place.
